RoFo Rewards is Royal Farms’ loyalty program that rewards customers with everyday fuel and car wash discounts, free items, and special offers.

No. Employee rewards cards are for personal use only. Using them for customer transactions violates policy and may lead to termination.

Zipline is the third-party payment processor that manages transactions for RoFo Pay through secure ACH debit.

A payment card linked to a customer’s checking account that allows purchases through ACH debit and offers up to $0.10 off per gallon.

Earning & Redeeming

By entering their phone number or swiping their RoFo Pay card during checkout or at the pump.

Select and load the reward in the app, then enter their phone number or swipe their card at checkout to apply it automatically.

Yes. Returned rewards reappear in the app, and points are refunded instantly.

No. Once attached, individual edits aren’t allowed. The entire transaction must be voided and rescanned.

Enrollment

Customers can enroll by entering their phone number at the pump, or through the RoFo Rewards app or website.

Ask them to open their phone’s camera, point it at the QR code, and tap the link that appears to start the download.

Select 'Join Rewards,' enter their 10-digit phone number, and press Enter. They’ll get a welcome SMS and post-transaction confirmation.

Download the app or visit www.app.roforewards.com, enter their mobile number, and verify it using the one-time passcode (OTP) sent by SMS.

  • No, the program is currently for individuals only.

  • To view 21+ offers, make sure to sign into the app or website. You can simply enter your number at checkout, and the deal will automatically apply
  • To view special offers, make sure you are age verified (takes less than 60 seconds), and simply enter your number at checkout to redeem the tobacco offer.

They must have a physical card, enter card and personal details, link their checking account, and verify through Zipline.

Zipline may send a verification email or use micro-deposits to confirm the checking account before activation.

RoFo Rewards

  • Register online on app.oyalfarms.com or download the app (Apple | Android).
  • Earn:
    • 2 points for every $1 spent.
    • 1 point for every gallon of gas purchased.
  • Upgrade to RoFo Pay for gas discounts (excludes New Jersey). You must pick up your card in-store.
  • Track points and offers on the app or app.royalfarms.com

  • Check your points balance in two ways:
    • App: Displayed on the home screen.
    • Website: Log in at https://app.royalfarms.com and points will be displayed on the home screen

  • You can now redeem points for online and mobile ordering.
  • You can use your points to purchase an in-app item. Upon checkout while placing an online order, apply the offer and get your discount.
  • App Users:
    • Go to “Burn”, use your points to activate an offer, and enter your number at checkout.
  • Cardholders:
    • Use your points to activate an offer
    • Enter your phone number, swipe your card, and enter your 4-digit pin at checkout.
You can return offers at any time, and your points will be added back to your profile immediately.

  • You can now use your points to purchase an in-app item.
