About RofoPay
The Automated Clearing House (ACH) Network is a highly reliable and efficient nationwide batch-oriented electronic funds transfer system governed by the NACHA Operating Rules that provide for the interbank clearing of electronic payments for participating depository financial institutions. The Federal Reserve and Electronic Payments Network act as ACH Operators, central clearing facilities through which financial institutions transmit or receive ACH transaction entries.
An ACH debit is also known as an electronic check transaction. There is a slight delay in processing these types of transactions to bank accounts. Think of it as writing a check, but it happens electronically. These types of transactions typically take 1 - 3 business days to post to your bank account.
Examples of ACH payments include:
- Direct deposit of payroll, tax refunds, Social Security and other government benefits
- Direct payment of consumer bills such as mortgages, loans, utility bills and insurance premiums
- Business-to-business payments
- E-checks
- E-commerce payments and Federal, state, and local tax payments
When you enroll in the payment program, the last four digits of the social security number are used for identity verification purposes (in addition to the other information you provided during enrollment), an account security question and to protect you against fraud. The security of your data is very important to our business. Except for providing pertinent information to the participating merchant, we do not resell or disclose any information to a third party. Your enrollment data is kept safe in our secured database servers. This information is encrypted as soon as your enrollment is submitted.
Royal Farms wants to provide you with a convenient way of paying for gas at a lesser price and to pay for items inside the store. It is important to recognize that you are issuing an electronic check when you use the payment program for payment. This is no different than writing a check at the supermarket and being asked to show your driver's license as an ID.
When you enroll in the program you voluntarily provide certain information to ZipLine to participate in this program. No information will be taken from the magnetic stripe on your driver license and the driver's license will be used only to verify your identity as a participant in the program.
ZipLine (NPCA) has technology that enables you to link your checking account and a Personal Identification Number (PIN) with your Rofo Pay account so you can pay for goods and services at participating merchants' businesses. Once you activate your account, you may use your card or mobile app (where applicable) as your method of payment. An ACH debit transaction, for your total transaction amount, will be submitted to your bank account within the next three (3) business days.

To ensure your protection, Rofo Pay is managed by ZipLine, a leading private label debit processor employing state of the art firewall and other comprehensive security methods in accordance with the rules and regulations of the Federal Reserve. All personal data is encrypted in real time, and every transaction is PIN protected. ZipLine monitors and limits exposure to fraud, so you'll never be held liable for unauthorized transactions on your ROFO Pay account.
RofoPay is a secure and convenient way to pay at Royal Farms locations. It is one of the many benefits of our Rofo Rewards program. By upgrading your Rofo Rewards to RofoPay, all members will save up to .10 cents off per gallon on fuel!

No! You can continue to use your old card once you verify your account.
Any unredeemed points or offers will be added back to your account, shortly after the countdown redemption page expires. Please make sure you are aware what day special offers expire; they will be listed on the picture of the item available for redemption. These offers will expire on the date displayed.
For app users, select Rewards, then hit Redeem Rewards. You will be taken to the page with the items you can redeem with your points. During checkout, customers will use the Redemption QR code to redeem their free item.
For cardholders, please visit roforewards.com and add the Reward to your account prior to purchase. During checkout, enter your phone number or swipe your rewards card and the reward will be applied. If you do not redeem the Reward within 24 hours, it will be credited back to your account and you will need to re-add it to your account before visiting the store again.
No, all points associated with the email you use to verify your account will be transferred over as well as any RofoPay information! You can continue to use your Rofo Rewards card to get the fuel discount if you are a RofoPay member.
We recently transitioned to a new app and Rewards program on May 10th, 2022! All Rofo Rewards cardholders must verify their account by selecting “verify and transfer points” on the web or their app before continuing to use your app or card! Once you complete this step, 100 Royalty Points and a free small western fry will be added to your account (for existing members only)
Rofo Rewards members will receive 2 points per dollar spent (including on mobile ordering) and 1 point per gallon. Many of our most popular rewards items have remained as an offering while new and exciting rewards items have also been added. Redeeming points just got easier than ever! Offers can be redeemed through our new 4 – Tier reward point system. Tier 1 is worth 50 points. You can redeem a 500 ML Royal Farms bottled water, a small Western Fry, a fountain beverage, or a coffee. In Tier 2, 125 points gets you a Ham, Egg, and Cheese sandwich, a pudding parfait, a 6 - oz portion of chicken salad, or a small Macaroni and Cheese side. Tier 3 can be accessed at 250 points, in which a 2 - piece tender meal, 2 - piece white meal, 2 - piece dark meal, or a World-Famous pulled chicken sandwich are your options. Lastly, Tier 4 is worth 400 points, and you can redeem these points for an 8 - piece dark or mixed assortment, an 8-piece tender, a 10-piece dark, or a 50-piece Western Fry.
Joining the Program
ZipLine validates your enrolled bank account information to ensure that we have the correct account number, the account is open, and most importantly that the account belongs to YOU. We do so by submitting a deposit and withdrawal to your bank account. These "challenge" transactions are a test to confirm the validity of the account. The enrolled payment card account is not activated until this bank verification process is completed. You must confirm these two amounts once they appear in your account before you are qualified to get the fuel discount. A "verification" email will be sent to you, upon enrollment, which explains this activation process.
Once you have enrolled, the information that you provided will undergo a bank validation process. This process could take up to (3) business days after the enrollment date, but you could also be approved that day. If additional information is needed, you will be notified of the activation step and program details through subsequent email messages. You are responsible for completing the bank verification step to activate the payment function. This step requires you to confirm two small test transactions that we post to your account for verification purposes.
Yes! Upgrading your card to RofoPay (fuel discount) is completely optional. If you do not wish to tie the Rofo Rewards card to your checking account, you can still use the card or app to earn and redeem points and clubs.

You can now get the fuel discount in New Jersey by upgrading and paying with RofoPay! Please be aware, the price will not roll back at the pump due to New Jersey law limitations, but you will receive an email receipt with the discounted price within 2 hours of fueling up. The discount will also reflect on your bank statement.

Members will get a free 2-piece dark, white, or tender meal on their birthday. The meal will be added to their account the day before their birthday. The offer will be valid for 30 days.
There are two different ways you can check on your points balance.
- The easiest way to keep track of your points and clubs in real time is to download our app. The points and clubs are displayed on the home screen. The links for Apple | Android apps are included here.
- Another option is to sign into your account using the web address https://rofo-rewards.royalfarms.com/
When you go to the pump, swipe your Rofo Rewards card, select YES to pay with RofoPay, enter your pin, and see the pump roll back instantly (in all states but New Jersey, discount will appear on the email receipt instead). All RofoPay members will receive up to .10 cents off per gallon.
You may perform a bank update from the Zipline member site if you have NO pending transactions on the card, so the overdraft fee will need to be addressed first. Once you have cleared that step, you can visit your app and click on RofoPay, or login log in to www.myzipline.biz and click on your card number (to right of screen). A new screen will appear. Click on Update Bank Information from top options. Once you update, you will need to verify our small test transactions that we submit to the new account to reactivate. You will receive an email with these instructions. You may also call Zipline to perform the update at 1-844-687-1681.
You may change your PIN by logging into the RofoPay member site at myzipline.biz/royalfarms. Once you log in, you will need to click on your card number, then select the "Update My PIN" option. If you forgot your current PIN, then click on "Forgot PIN?" and follow the directions to reset your PIN to whatever new PIN you want.
To update your physical card, sign into your account on the Royal Farms app or roforewards.com, visit the profile section, and update your card. If you are a RofoPay customer, the new card will automatically be updated with Zipline as well. If you have any questions about updating RofoPay information, you can give our team at Zipline a call at 1-844-687-1681 and they will be able to assist!
Yes, you can. Once the new account is registered for Rofo Rewards, select ‘Upgrade to RofoPay’ From there, you will enter the same banking information that is tied to the existing account.
You cannot have more than one card linked to your account. Each account holder will need to create their own account with their own information. Linking the same bank account to the new card is allowed. Simply enter the same banking information for that new card.
